MESIL-LB

MESIL-LB is a single component which characters with advantages of being solvent-free, no fogging, no curing and a permanent plasticity.
It is optical to be primary sealant on insulating glass.
MESIL-LB maintains its plasticity and sealing over a wide temperature range.
No harderning and no crack on the surface.
Good adhesieon with glass, aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel and other materials.
Because of its low water vapor transmission rate, MESIL-LB may form an excellent anti-moisture system together with resilient sealant.

MESIL-LB is mainly used as the first sealant for the production of hollow glass, and support the company's production of two-component polysulfide sealant and silicone elastomer sealant to complete the double sealed.

Washing, drying adhesive surface to remove dirt, oil and lipids. Extrusion temperature range is of 100 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, use hot melt butyl extruder to do coating.
