CHARACTERISTIC

Anti-settling effects:HJSIL improves the suspension behavior in liquid systems, such as pigmented coatings or resins containing fillers.

Insulation:With its very low solid state conductivity and vast spacing between particles, HJSIL provides excellent electrical and thermal insulation properties

Thickening and thixotropy:HJSIL provides thickening and thixotropic effects in liquid systems such as polyesters, epoxies, and urethane resins.

Anti-caking effects for improved flow characteristics:Due to a property that makes it behave like ball bearings, HJSIL resists lumping and clogging. It can be used to improve the storage stability of powders that are especially prone to caking. HJSIL can also be used to improve flow characteristics and prevent flow problems

Anti-sagging: The weakening due to gravitational forces is known as sagging. HJSIL 380 is added to a surface or mixed with a coating to prevent weakening of the coat due to gravity. It helps prevent sagging by providing thixotropic behavior to the system.

High Transparency: HJSIL 380, can produce translucent or even transparent, non-yellowing rubber products with minimal aging effects, making it an ideal additive for transparent rubber applications. Silicone produces colorless, highly transparent rubber that provides the optical clarity, mechanical properties and processing properties needed to meet the performance requirements of athletic shoe outsoles and can be used in a variety of applications, such as transparent shoe soles.

HJSIL® 380 is supplied in 10kg kraft paper bags. We recommend to store the product in closed containers under dry conditions and to protect the material from volatile substances.
