HMMAT 570 - Matting Agents for Coil Coating

HMMAT matting agents are specialized materials designed to reduce gloss, creating matte or non-reflective finishes on coatings and surfaces. By modifying light reflection, these agents produce a softer, more uniform appearance, making them ideal for both decorative and functional applications.

These silica-based matting agents are versatile and widely used across various industries, including furniture coatings, UV coatings for bamboo and wood flooring, coil coatings, plastic coatings, UV casing coatings, leather surface treatments, inks, and plastic products. For coil coating applications, HMMAT recommends matting agents with medium to coarse particle sizes to achieve optimal results.

HMMAT® 570 is supplied in 10kg package. It loads 4400 KG for 20'GP and 10400 KG for 40'HQ.

We recommend to store the product in closed containers under dry conditions and to protect the material from volatile substances.
