AA8011/3105 H14/H16 aluminum coil / sheet is the base stock material for bottle cap manufacturing.

1. Good plasticity capable of deep drawing up to 75mm high cap, free of "orange peel" defects after stamping.

2. Hot Rolled, deep draw quality, neutralized, mill finish, free from oil grease, fine edge lines.

3. Precise thickness tolerance low to ±0.005mm.

APPLICATIONS

8011/3105 ROPP cap stock is applied to packaging of beverages, wine, food, cosmetics, medicines, etc. The products are mainly exported to the European and American market.

PACKAGING

8011/3105 aluminum sheet will be packed by wooden pallet with net weight 0.8-1 ton per each pallet. 20’ GP FCL can full-load 20 tons by putting 2 layers of pallets of products.
